WHAT OUR YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You can indicate your intent to return within 14 days of receiving your product. You have a further 14 days after indicating your intent to return to then return your products.
In the unlikely event there is a problem with a product please contact us on 01900816000 and we will try our best to help resolve the problem over the phone.
WARRANTY RETURNS
If you wish to claim a product/part under warranty, please contact us so we can try help resolve your issue without the need to return the product/part back to us.
Please note our product(s) carry a 'return to base' warranty, meaning you are in charge of the return postage costs.
